I'm often asked how I make the chai tea that I serve after class.  

Here's the recipe:

For an 8 oz cup of tea

Place one tea bag in 3/4 cups of very hot water (almost boiling)
Steep for 10 minutes
Remove tea bag


Add 1/4 Cup of French Vanilla Coconut Milk Creamer
or

Add 1/4 cup of
French Vanilla Silk Soy Creamer
(
not soy milk)

Add 1 Tsp of Sugar (or sweeten to taste)

If you like chocolate, add a small amount of cocoa

*these teas require very little if any sugar as they are naturally sweet.
