I love Pilates because it touches on so many areas of physical and mental health: strength, flexibility, balance, concentration, and endurance. Pilates won me over from the very first mat class I attended over a decade ago; it quiets my mind and slims and defines my body. I believe that Pilates, and exercise in general, does not have to be grueling to be effective. That is what is great about ToddPilates – Todd’s method takes the basic principles of Pilates and makes them fun and accessible to people of all ages and abilities.
