Mary has had a passion for fitness and nutrition all her life. She has been involved in classical ballet training since a small child and began her yoga journey nearly 20 years ago. After the birth of her daughter, she turned to Pilates for rehabilitation and has committed herself to learning all she can about the classical and modern Pilates forms. After completing Mat I & II training through Balanced Body, she is continuing to pursue full certification in all Pilates apparatus. On and off the mat, Mary believes it is not what you do that counts, it's the quality of your attention.
