Fitness has always been a high priority and a passion in my life. I have been an avid weight lifter for the past fourteen years. My interest for pursuing all realms of fitness guided me into my first Pilates class in 2014. I was so intrigued and excited about this new way of working out, I quickly achieved my Pilates instructors certificate in April of 2014. I love the addition of Pilates in my workout routine because of the noticeable differences in my core strength and increase of energy.
