Make sure your clothes are comfortable and allow you to move and stretch. Dressing rooms available. Pilates, Barre and Yoga are done barefoot, so no special foot gear needed. For Zumba, Boot Camp, Cross Training and Club Fitness you may wear athletic shoes or dance sneakers.
What to Bring:
We provide any equipment that might be needed for the workout-- including mats. If you have your own mat, you are welcome to bring it. You may want to bring a water bottle and make sure that you are well hydrated before you start.
