Christina Loy

I discovered the healing and strengthening benefits of Pilates after a knee injury in 2014. Since then, I've become passionate about teaching Pilates to a wide array of people, including my teenage Musical Theatre students who now know the importance of core strength. Blending high energy music with a workout inclusive to everybody in the room, I am always excited to start every class with motivation and finish with the most important stretch of the day: your smile!
