Lauren is a Group Fitness Instructor certified with the American Council on Exercise and has 6 years of physical fitness experience as a former NCO of the U.S. Army. In 2018, Lauren left her career in cardiovascular services to pursue her passion in the fitness industry and enjoys helping others achieve their health and wellness goals through physical fitness. Lauren's 45 minute class is a full body workout that applies Pilates principles to intervals of functional, core based movements. Expect a low impact but still moderately challenging workout that includes a balanced selection of movements that incorporate elements of strength, cardio, coordination, balance, and flexibility. Growth mindset is strongly encouraged, progressions and regressions are offered so participants of all fitness levels can attend.
