A former NCO of the U.S. Army, Lauren brings her military background to our Barefoot Bootcamp class while creating a FUN AND SUPPORTIVE fitness experience. Lauren believes that maintaining good health with diet and exercise not only makes you look and feel good, it is the path to longevity. In 2019, Lauren left her career in cardiology to pursue her passion in the fitness industry. Starting as a Studio Assistant, she consistently participated in ToddPilates classes for about a year before she started instructing and is currently working on obtaining ACE group fitness instructor credentials. Lauren utilizes intervals of work and rest in her full body workouts to build strength and endurance. Modifications are offered so participants of all fitness levels can attend.
