Liz Cano

I am a 200 hour RYT yoga teacher  who specializes in vinyasa, ashtanga and power yoga. I am also a certified barre instructor through Barre intensity. I focus on heart pumping fun flows that take you through intense challenging poses or Barre workouts all while offering safe modifications for all levels. Through deep twists, forward bends and back bends , balancing poses that take you into your peak pose to ballet inspired pilates workouts - You can expect to leave class feeling challenged and stronger. My ultimate goal is to show you how amazing and beautiful you are!!
