I love Pilates because it touches on so many areas of physical and mental health: strength, flexibility, balance, concentration, and endurance. Pilates won me over from the very first mat class I attended over a decade ago; it quiets my mind and slims and defines my body. I believe that Pilates, and exercise in general, does not have to be grueling to be effective. That is what is great about ToddPilates – Todd’s method takes the basic principles of Pilates and makes them fun and accessible to people of all ages and abilities. Your time in my class will fly by while we listen to great music and sculpt long, lean muscles. Pilates has brought balance to my body and my life, and I want to share that experience with my students.
