What is ToddPilates?  It's a fun approach to Pilates, a TOTAL BODY workout  with
emphasis on core conditioning
, set to upbeat and motivating music.   We make ToddPilates
comfortable yet challenging for all levels--beginners, intermediate and adva
nced.  During
class we'll offer ways to make the exercises less or more intense,
so you can choose an
option that works best for you.

What to Wear:  Pilates is usually done barefoot, so no special footgear needed! Make
sure your clothes are comfortable and allow you to move and stretch.

What to Bring:  We provide any equipment that might be needed for the workout--
including mats.
If you have your own mat, you are welcome to bring it.  You may want to
bring a water bottle and make sure that you are well hydrated before you start.

Instructors:  Todd is the primary instructor and founder of ToddPilates Fitness, which
was established in 2004.  Todd's classes quickly grew to capacity and it became necessary
to add more classes and new instructors.  Now with 26 classes each week, there are three
other Pilates instructors (Julia, Margaret and Sarah), two Zumba instructors (Roger and
Mia) and Josh leads our Boot Camp classes.
