MEMORIAL DAY:  Pilates with Todd, 9:30-10:30 AM.  All other Pilates
classes on Memorial Day cancelled.
What to Wear:  Make sure your clothes are comfortable and allow you to move and
stretch.  Dressing rooms available. Pilates is usually done barefoot, so no special
footgear needed!  For Zumba you may wear athletic shoes or dance sneakers.  For Boot
Camp, wear athletic shoes.
What to Bring:  We provide any equipment that might be needed for the workout--
including mats. If you have your own mat, you are welcome to bring it.  You may want to
bring a water bottle and make sure that you are well hydrated before you start.

Since 2004, Todd Gibbs has grown his team of enthusiastic instructors
from one to seven, and collectively they take a fun approach to fitness.
The instructors incorporate motivating music into their Pilates, Zumba,
and boot-camp classes. Their robust, seven-day schedule features
morning through evening classes that cater to students of all skill levels
by demonstrating modifications that make the exercises less or more
intense.  No reservations required, drop-ins welcome!

Todd Gibbs, Julia Pilant, Margaret Hunter and Sarah Nelson are the
ToddPilates instructors.  ToddPilates mat classes are designed to tone
the entire body, placing emphasis on conditioning the core.

Roger Moreno, Boni Natal and Mia Pem, the staff’s certified Zumba
teachers, lead Zumba cardio-fitness classes that set easy-to-follow dance
steps to spicy Latin tunes, toning muscles and incinerating calories.

Josh Moreno, the boot-camp instructor, guides students through intense
cross training workouts that combine weight training, calisthenics, and
heart-pumping cardio moves.
