Total body workout with emphasis on the core. Includes light weight training for the arms and upper body and cardio (no impact) and total body toning and sculpting. Improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. Various levels are shown throughout class.
Total body workout that includes work at the barre–toning thighs, hips, glutes, calves and core; light weight lifting for arms, shoulders, chest and back; core work and total body toning. Benefits include improved posture, balance, stability, and muscle definition. Various levels are shown throughout class.
Get your heart pumping and your body moving with our low-impact Mind/Body Method class. This strength training class is a total body workout that includes core work, cardio, balancing and stretching. We'll use both body weight and light weights to burn calories and get stronger. All of it done barefoot, which will also help strengthen feet, ankles and knees. You do not need to bring anything with you, all equipment provided FREE! Class is held inside our air-conditioned studio.
Hatha flow practice with focus on mindfulness, breathing, and physical movements that increase energy levels and muscle tone. Yoga helps to relieve muscle pain, stiffness and improve circulation. A gentle introduction to the most basic yoga postures. Various levels are shown throughout class.
A total body workout combining the best of Pilates and Yoga, Pilates and Barre or Pilates, Barre and Yoga into one class. Improves flexibility and posture, increases energy levels, develops control and endurance, and enhances balance, and stability. Various levels are shown throughout class.
