We offer virtual classes via Zoom. Participation is included in your unlimited monthly membership or you can use a class from your class package to attend. An aerobics-based class for all levels, this workout strengthens the most important muscle in your body: your heart. Set to a continuous mix of upbeat music, the class includes exercises for the front and back of your core, as well as strength training and 10 minutes of high intensity cardio. Lower intensity options are shown so anyone can benefit.
