We offer virtual classes via Zoom. Participation is included in your unlimited monthly membership or you can use a class from your class package to attend. Get your heart pumping and your body moving with our low-impact Mind/Body Method class. This strength training class is a total body workout that includes core work, cardio, balancing and stretching. We'll use both body weight and light weights to burn calories and get stronger. All of it done barefoot, which will also help strengthen feet, ankles and knees. You do not need to bring anything with you, all equipment provided FREE! Class is held inside our air-conditioned studio.
