Laura is an RYT 200 hour certified vinyasa yoga instructor with additional certifications in adaptive yoga, trauma informed yoga and yoga for cancer patients and survivors. She has discovered that Pilates and barre meet her goals of working arms, legs, core and glutes, improving flexibility, improving strength AND managing stress. She especially enjoys ToddPilates' unique way of combining upbeat, danceable music with a traditional pilates/barre workout to increase the challenge and make it even more fun. Add in some yoga and the combination is hard to beat!
