Mary has had a passion for fitness and nutrition all her life. She has been involved in classical ballet training since a small child and began her yoga journey nearly 20 years ago. After the birth of her daughter, she turned to Pilates for rehabilitation and has committed herself to learning all she can about the classical and modern Pilates forms. Mary has completed Mat I & II training through Balanced Body and barre training through ToddPilates & Barre. Her classes are open to all levels, beginners welcome. Mary teaches a very precise class with attention to technique and form.
