I've been taking Pilates and Barre classes at ToddPilates since 2016. Going to just one class provides an opportunity for low-impact strength training, cardio and flexibility all practiced together in a fun way. As a PulsePointe certified barre instructor, my goal is to inspire quality over quantity and promote self-awareness. My style is laid-back but my workouts are set to upbeat music. I encourage students to move mindfully, with intention.
