Christina brings fun, friendly and encouraging energy into every class! Her main goal is to create a supportive and inclusive space that empowers class-goers of all ages, backgrounds and experience levels to feel positive and strong as they move through class and beyond. Christina has over a decade of dance and competitive cheer experience. Her lifelong enthusiasm for group fitness, along with her passion for rhythm-based movement, led to her pursuing certifications and becoming an instructor in Pilates and dance cardio. Christina’s mat Pilates classes are a 45-minute, low impact, total body workout. They focus on movement that tones, sculpts, lengthens and strengthens with a playlist that makes it easy to stay moving while the time flies by. She makes every class customizable, demonstrating variations of most exercises so you can choose the intensity level that works best for you. She can’t wait to move with you!
