Need a delicious way to refuel after a kick butt class? Check out one of Lauren George's favorite green smoothies!

Chocolate Berry Green Smoothie


  • A handful of spinach
  • 1 cup of frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 4 ice cubes

Simply blend and enjoy. This smoothie is packed with 1 serving of greens, 2 servings of fruit, healthy fat from the flax seeds, and protein all in one delicious glass!
