The Pilates mat classes offer a full body workout concentrating on the core, all done to fun music that frequently changes. Teachers are upbeat and provide helpful information throughout the class such as pull your stomach in towards the spine, contract your leg muscles, slightly tuck your chin.... The classes tone your body without the use of extreme weights. The biggest bonus for me is no more back pain!
