What Do I Need?

We provide all mats, equipment and props FREE! All you really need to do is show up with comfy workout clothes. Bring a water bottle if you like. Most people do our classes barefoot, though a few prefer to wear sticky grip socks (available to purchase at the studio). No shoes needed. Beginners are welcome in ALL classes, the instructor will offer modifications for various levels.
