Our workshops help you make the most out of your workout and allow you to find a deeper mind/body connection. Workshops primarily focus on form and technique in the specific class format (Pilates, barre or yoga) and usually last a few hours. Often the workshops will be geared toward specific activities such as "Pilates for Skiers" or "Barre for Runners," helping participants get stronger and lessen the chance for injuries. Workshops are usually held a few times a year and links to any upcoming workshops are listed below. Note: Workshops are considered special events and must be purchased separately.
